1. What to send  
  a.  Please include all cords, power adapters and software that came with your item(s) to be repaired.

b.  If you are missing anything please make sure you include a note or a message about the missing items in your description of what needs to be repaired.

c.  Feel free to include a note with as much information as possible to help our technicians diagnose the problem with your item(s).

 
2. How to package  
 

a.  When packaging your item(s) use a box that is big enough to allow for 2 inches of foam, foam popcorn or bubble wrap on all sides of your item(s), including the bottom.

b.  If sending more than 1 item separate items using foam, foam popcorn or bubble wrap to avoid damage during shipping.

c.  Use packaging tape on all seams of the box to prevent box from opening during shipment.

d.  You can log onto UPS.com to create a shipping label for your item(s) and arrange to have UPS pickup from your location.  Or take your package to a US Post Office or any other shipper that delivers to Paw Paw, Michigan.

e. DO NOT send your item(s) COD to A+ Plus Repairs, IT WILL BE REFUSED.

f.  Make sure you have included a return address in the Repair Form and that it is not a Post Office Box,  We primarily use UPS as our shipper and they Do Not Ship To PO Boxes.

 
3. Where to send  
  a.  A+ Plus Repairs has two addresses that items ship to:

If you have any questions please call or email before sending your item(s), and never send anything without completing the Repair Form first.  Print two copies of the repair form, include one with your shipment and keep one for your records.  We also suggest buying shipping insurance from the shipper you wish to use and get a tracking number.
