When you send an item to A+ Plus Repairs you will package and send your item using the carrier of your choice. Please note that UPS does not pickup from or deliver to PO Boxes. Please allow for at least 2 inches of foam or popcorn on all sides of you item(s). If you need help packaging your item(s) your local UPS store or post office can help. You may want to purchase shipping insurance for your item(s). Once we receive your item(s) our technicians will then diagnose the problems and repair them if repairs can be made within one hour, at no additional cost to you, if parts are needed or the repairs will cost more than the $25.00 for any reason, an A+ Plus Repairs technician will email or call you with an estimate of the repairs. If the cost of the repair is more than you wish to pay then we will package your item(s) using the materials which you shipped the item(s) with and return them to you. A+ Plus Repairs ships everything using UPS and will apply $5.00 towards the shipping costs, if the shipping costs are more than $5.00 then you will be contacted with the exact cost so you can determine if you want the item(s) returned. Rapid shipping is available at your expense and you can specify that you wish rapid return either after we contact you or in the description area of the repair information form. Please leave the A+ Plus Repairs technicians a means to contact you, packages received without an email address or phone number will receive the lowest priority. Item(s) which have not been paid for using a credit card or including the $25.00 payment with the item(s) will not be diagnosed at all. If you wish to calculate your shipping cost prior to sending your item(s) to us you can figure out the size of the box you need, the weight of the package and then visit UPS.COM using your zip code and ours (49079) to have UPS calculate the shipping costs. All items with an outstanding balance will be disposed of 60 days after completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. This includes items where we are unable to contact you or you do not respond to our attempts to contact you. Every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email, so please include that information along with the best time to call you if that is the preferred method of contact.
